Scripture:
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…” — Isaiah 40:31
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit…?” — 1 Corinthians 6:19
Prayer:
Lord, we lift up our teachers to You today. Renew their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Protect them from burnout, illness, and exhaustion. Fill them with energy and endurance as they pour into our children each day. Help them to rest well and find restoration in You.
Scripture:
“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15
“The Lord bless you and keep you…” — Numbers 6:24–26
Prayer:
Father, we pray for every area of our teachers’ personal lives. For those who are married or have families, bless their homes with peace, strength, and joy. For those who are single or in different seasons of life, surround them with meaningful relationships, encouragement, and a strong sense of belonging.
Give each teacher space to rest and be refreshed outside of school. Let their lives be filled with support, connection, and Your presence.
Scripture:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” — Colossians 3:23
“Start children off on the way they should go…” — Proverbs 22:6
Prayer:
Lord, remind our teachers that their work matters deeply. They are shaping hearts, minds, and futures. Strengthen their sense of calling and purpose. Use them as instruments of Your love, truth, and guidance in the lives of our children.
Help us as parents to partner well with them—supporting, encouraging, and reinforcing the values being taught.
Scripture:
“And the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds…” — Philippians 4:7
“Let us not become weary in doing good…” — Galatians 6:9
Prayer:
God, bring peace to our teachers in the middle of busy days and heavy responsibilities. Calm anxious thoughts and replace stress with Your presence. Encourage them when they feel unseen or unappreciated. Remind them that their work is making an eternal impact.
Scripture:
“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God…” — James 1:5
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom…” — Proverbs 9:10
Prayer:
Lord, give our teachers wisdom in every decision—big and small. Help them to grow in knowledge, patience, and understanding. Guide them in how to reach each student uniquely. Continue to develop their gifts and strengthen their confidence in the role You’ve given them.
Scripture:
“These commandments… impress them on your children… talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road…” — Deuteronomy 6:6–7
Prayer:
Lord, help us as parents to remember that raising and educating our children is our first ministry. Thank You for the teachers who partner with us in this calling.
Give us hearts that support—not criticize. Encourage—not complain. Unite us with our teachers in purpose, respect, and communication. Help us to work together to raise children who love You, seek truth, and walk in wisdom.
